Mexico-Mexique

Hi everybody (Bonjour tout le monde, il y a un message en français en dessous),

I am starting a blog to keep you guys updated about my missionnary travels to Mexico. A lot of you know that I just did a DTS (Discipleship Training School) with YWAM (Youth with a Mission) in San Pedro, Belize (Central America), where I have experienced so many things that changed my life. The first is God. He completely changed my life. He has shown me so much about myself, my true identity, and how precious I am in His eyes no matter what. I have learned so much during these five months and the Lord is teaching me even more during this period back at home. But now, the Lord is guiding me in a new direction. I was asked to co-lead an outreach to Mexico with Chris Norman (staff at the San PedroYWAM base ) in April and May. I strongly feel that this was God's plan for me for the next few months. So, yes I am on the road again...(haha). One thing you can be sure about, is that God's plans often stretch us, but they make us grow in maturity. This project has definitely been and will be stretching, but I know that when you are doing the Lord's Will, it's worth it! I will be leaving from Montreal on the 14th of March and stay two weeks at the YWAM San Pedro, Belize base, to get to know the team and to get things ready for outreach. Then, we will be heading out, Chris (California), Becca , Sharaya (B.C Canada), Dallas (Virginia) and I, to Quintana Roo state (near Yucatan state), where we will be working with YWAM Cancun and in other little villages nearby. We will also be joining a team from YWAM Denver. We are looking forward to this outreach and to see how God is going to use us in incredible ways. But we really need your prayers.

Je commence un blog pour vous garder au courant de mon séjour au Mexique. Beaucoup d’entre-vous savez que je viens de terminer mon EFD (École de Formation Disciple) avec JEM (Jeunesse en Mission) sur l'île de San Pedro, Belize (Amérique centrale), où ma foi à vraiment grandi et où j'ai vécu beaucoup de choses qui ont bousculé ma vie (d'une bonne façon). La première c'est Dieu. Il a complètement changé m'a vie. Il m'a montré qui je suis, ma vraie identité, et comment je suis précieuse à ses yeux malgré tout. J'ai tellement appris lors de ses derniers cinq mois et le Seigneur m'enseigne encore plus lors de cette période de transition à Montréal. Par contre, Il a décidé de me guider dans une direction nouvelle. On m'a demandé de co-leader la phase mission de L'EFD de la prochaine école (avril-mai) avec Chris Norman (Staff de la base JEM San Pedro). Et j'ai fortement ressenti que c'était le plan de Dieu pour moi pour ces prochains mois. Alors, oui je suis à nouveau sur la route (On the road again). Une chose que l'on peut être certain, c'est que le plan de Dieu est souvent étirant pour nous, mais cela nous fait grandir en maturité. Ce projet est certainement un défi et ça le sera jusqu'à la dernière journée, mais je sais que ça vaut tellement la peine d'être dans la volonté de Dieu et de vivre le plan qu'il a pour nous. Donc, je vais partir de Montréal le 14 mars et je vais rester environ deux semaines au Belize à la base de JEM pour apprendre à connaître l'équipe et pour les préparatifs. Après, nous allons partir, Chris (Californie), Becca, Sharaya (Colombie Britannique), Dallas (Virginie) et moi, dans l'État du Quintana Roo (à côté du Yucatan) pour travailler avec la base de JEM Cancun et dans les villages de pêcheurs aux alentours. Nous allons aussi éventuellement nous joindre à une équipe de JEM Denver. Nous sommes tous très excités pour cette phase missionnaire et de voir comment Dieu va nous utiliser de façon incroyable, mais nous avons vraiment besoin de vos prières.
